Crooked Tree Arts Center

Originally a Methodist Church, this building was built in 1890. The foundation is made of stones from congregants' fields. Before they owned their own building, the congregation met in a railroad car on a siding and above a saloon. The church moved a few blocks up the street and the building became the Virginia McCune Arts Center in 1980.
